Referral Program

  1. Step 1

    Get your code

    Members can request a personal referral code. You'll see it in My Profile once it's linked to your account.

  2. Step 2

    Share it

    Each specific referral code is usable once per member on successful payment. Existing members can use an unused code; another unused code remains eligible. Sign in or join to redeem one. Failed or unpaid attempts don't consume a use. Earned member vouchers are separate.

  3. Step 3

    Earn rewards

    Every 5 eligible paid orders placed with your code earns you 10% off your next purchase. Discounted orders count too. Cancelled, failed or refunded orders don't count.

  4. Step 4

    Use them

    Use up to 2 rewards on one order. They stack with your other discounts up to a maximum of 20% off a single purchase. Rewards expire 90 days after they're earned and have no cash value.

Fine print

  • Referral codes start at 10% off, subject to the code’s current discount, minimum spend, limits, allowed combinations and discount caps. Your own code cannot be used.
  • Each specific referral code is usable once per member on successful payment. Existing members can use a code they haven't used before: using EMMA10 blocks only EMMA10, not an unused DAVE10. Sign in or join to redeem a referral code; guest checkout stays available without one.
  • Failed, abandoned and unpaid attempts do not consume a use. Earned member reward vouchers are separate and keep their own rules.
  • Referral rewards, multi-buy, kit and crypto savings stack up to a 20% maximum off a single purchase.
  • Every friend's successful eligible use of your code counts towards your next reward, including discounted orders.
  • Each 10% reward expires 90 days after it's earned.
  • We may adjust or end the program; credit already earned stays on your account.
